East Coast oysters baked with spinach cream sauce, Parmesan, Pernod, and herb breadcrumbs.

Two broiled Canadian cold-water lobster tails, served with drawn butter, potato gratin, and asparagus.

1/3 rack BBQ baby back ribs, three fried shrimp, and a broiled lobster tail, served with fries and coleslaw.

American Heritage Prime Ribeye

A hand-cut 12 oz. ribeye grilled to order and topped with two grilled shrimp and two sea scallops. Served with creamy chive mashed potatoes and broccolini.
